5. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 7 calendar days of receipt for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. All returns must be authorized in advance. Custom or special orders may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

6. Custom Sourcing & Special Orders

Products sourced specifically upon client request are subject to separate terms regarding availability, lead time, and return eligibility. These orders are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

7. Purchase Orders (POs)

We accept official POs from registered businesses, schools, government agencies, and healthcare institutions. All POs must be approved and signed by an authorized representative. Payment terms will be defined per agreement.
